I am a product designer with a strong background in digital solutions, specialising in user journey mapping, wireframing, interaction design, and usability testing. I thrive on projects that blend research with creativity. My experience includes completing a degree apprenticeship in software engineering at BT Group, where I gained proficiency in programming languages such as React, C#, and PHP.
Outside of work, I am currently exploring Adobe Illustrator and After Effects to delve into animation and visual storytelling. When I’m not designing, I enjoy going to the gym, taking walks, participating in quizzes with friends, and watching football, especially supporting the Lionesses and my favourite team, Ipswich Town (apologies to any Norwich fans!).
